Single-Component Hybrid Concrete & Multi-Surface Sealer

ARMOVEX 9500 is a clear, single-component, water-based hybrid sealer enhanced with a
proprietary urethane booster designed to significantly improve scratch resistance, abrasion
performance, and stain resistance. Engineered for long-term protection of new and existing concrete and other compatible substrates, ARMOVEX 9500 delivers elevated surface toughness while maintaining breathability and a non-yellowing finish.

Designed for both interior and exterior applications, ARMOVEX 9500 penetrates the surface pore structure while simultaneously forming a durable, urethane-reinforced protective film at the surface. This dual-action technology provides enhanced durability, appearance, and longevity by protecting against water intrusion, surface wear, staining, oil contamination, salt exposure, and environmental degradation.

The urethane booster increases resistance to scratching, scuffing, tire marking, and common industrial and automotive contaminants while preserving flexibility and vapor permeability. ARMOVEX 9500 helps reduce moisture absorption, oil penetration, and salt migration that can lead to freeze–thaw damage, efflorescence, scaling, staining, and premature surface deterioration. The formulation is UV-stable, low-VOC, and environmentally responsible, making it suitable for occupied, enclosed, or environmentally sensitive environments where higher surface performance is required. When properly installed and maintained under normal service conditions, ARMOVEX 9500 is engineered to provide up to 10 years of service life before recoating may be required.

ARMOVEX 9500 is compatible with cementitious and non-cementitious substrates including concrete, pavers, terrazzo, brick, natural stone, masonry, asphalt, metal, wood, epoxy, gypsum, and other resinous or composite systems. It may be used as a standalone clear sealer or as an intermediate protective layer in multi-coat or decorative systems.
