SURFACE PREPARATION
Thoroughly clean the concrete surface to remove dirt, oil, grease, and contamination. For heavily soiled areas, use concrete degreaser before. Allow surface to dry completely (24 hours recommended)
No grinding. No acid etching. No mechanical profiling. Just clean concrete.
For existing coatings, Armovex bonds directly to most properly adhered epoxy, urethane, and acrylic systems. For moisture issues, use Armovex Dry Lock.

PRIME AND BASE COAT
Apply Armovex primer or pigmented primer (coverage: ~500 sq ft/gal). Spray Armovex BCX base coat over entire surface (coverage: ~300 sq ft/gal). Immediately broadcast decorative flakes while coating is wet. Work in sections with flake broadcaster 3 feet behind sprayer.
Dries in ~1 hour. Scrape entire floor to remove loose flakes. Vacuum thoroughly.

TOP COAT AND FINISH
Apply Armovex BCX top coat by spraying, squeegeeing, or rolling (coverage: ~160 sq ft/gal). Thin coverage or missed spots? Simply apply another coat immediately—unlimited recoat window means instant correction.
Clean tools with water. Remove masking. Done.
Walk-on: 12 hours | Drive-on: 24-48 hours | Full cure: 7 days
