Welcome to Armovex Technologies ("Armovex," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website armovex.com (the "Site"), placing orders, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Site or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Armovex Technologies.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

USE OF SITE

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site or make purchases. By using our Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping Policy

• Orders placed before 2 PM MST ship same business day
• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• We ship to addresses within the continental United States
• International shipping may be available (contact us for details)

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for:

• Delayed deliveries due to carrier issues
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery
• Incorrect addresses provided by customers
• Shipping restrictions or customs delays

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive:

• Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery
• Provide photos of damaged products and packaging
• We will work with you to resolve the issue

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (coatings and chemicals), most sales are final. However:

• Defective or damaged products may be returned within 30 days
• Unopened products may be eligible for return (subject to 20% restocking fee)
• Returns must be authorized by contacting customer service first
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless product is defective

Refund Process

If a return is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive the return
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless product is defective)

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Opened coating products (due to safety and contamination concerns)
• Custom-tinted or special-order products
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards

FREE SAMPLES

Sample Program Terms

Our free sample program is subject to:

• Limit of one sample kit per household/business address
• Samples are provided for evaluation purposes only
• No purchase necessary to receive a sample
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time
• Samples are shipped at our discretion

SMS/TEXT MESSAGE TERMS (A2P COMPLIANCE)

Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number and opting into our SMS program, you consent to receive automated marketing and transactional text messages from ARMOVEX LLC at the phone number provided.

Key Terms:

• Consent is not required to make a purchase
• Message frequency varies - up to 10 messages per month
• Standard message and data rates may apply from your carrier
• Opt-out anytime by replying STOP to 1-(801)-890-2560
• Get help by replying HELP or contacting support@armovex.com

Your Responsibilities

By opting into SMS, you:

• Confirm you are the account holder or have authorization to opt-in
• Agree to notify us if you change your phone number
• Understand that carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
• Acknowledge that delivery is subject to carrier limitations

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the 1-(801)-890-2560. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@armovex.com.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or terminate the SMS program at any time
• Change message frequency or content
• Share your phone number with service providers necessary to deliver messages
• Verify your phone number and account information

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Content

All content on the Site, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, images, videos
• Product names and descriptions
• Software and code
• Trademarks and brand names

Your License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER

Product Warranty

Armovex products are covered by our 10-year non-prorated material replacement warranty covering:

• Yellowing or discoloration
• Peeling or delamination
• Chipping or flaking
• Adhesion failure
• Manufacturing defects

Warranty Requirements:

• Proper surface preparation per specifications
• Application following manufacturer guidelines
• Normal use conditions
• Moisture mitigation (Dry Lock) for moisture-sensitive applications

Warranty Exclusions:

• Improper installation or surface preparation
• Use on unsuitable substrates
• Physical damage or abuse
• Exposure to extreme conditions beyond specifications
• Failure to follow application instructions

To make a warranty claim, contact us with:

• Proof of purchase
• Photos of the issue
• Description of installation process
• Moisture test results (if applicable)

Limited Warranty

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN OUR PRODUCT WARRANTY, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF INFORMATION
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SITE OPERATION

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Site will meet your requirements
• Products will perform exactly as expected in all conditions
• Defects will be corrected
• The Site is free from viruses or harmful components

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage (except where prohibited by law)
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use products or services
• Third-party actions or content

MAXIMUM LIABILITY: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, or $500, whichever is less.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages, so some limitations may not apply to you.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Armovex and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Your use of products or services
• Content you submit or post
• Your negligence or willful misconduct

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Governing Law

Arbitration Agreement

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or your account at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraud or illegal activity
• Abuse of services or Site
• Any reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Site immediately ceases
• Outstanding orders may be canceled
• We may delete your account and information
• Provisions that should survive termination (warranty, liability, etc.) will remain in effect

MISCELLANEOUS

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Armovex regarding use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions.
